All rates are for room only (Breakfast is not provided).

  1. Reservation within 24 hours prior to arrival will be held until 4pm (local time GMT+8) and for late arrival after 4pm (local time), a deposit MYR(RM)50.00 or credit card details is required to guarantee the room.
  2. Cancellations notification must be at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In the event of no cancellation OR no show, the first night room rate will be charge.
  3. Check-in time is after 2.00pm (local time). Early check-in (1-2 hours prior to the official check-in time) is possible but subject to room availability.
  4. Check-out time is 12.00 noon (local time). Late check-out can be considered on case by case basis.
  5. Major credit card or cash is accepted prior to or during arrival.
  6. All rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless confirmed booking with payment to secure it.
  7. A security deposit MYR(RM)50.00 is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded upon check-out if there is no deduction required.
